Kristi began her career in supply chain consulting long ago when there were still the “Big 5”. It was love at first site when she landed in the Supply Chain practice, with its perfect mix of complex analytics and strategic imperative. Through consulting Kristi helped companies implement ERP’s, create help desks and training programs and save millions in the oil & gas, telecom and consumer goods industries. Then Kristi jumped in to run her own. Kristi has spent the last twelve years turning around and running flailing healthcare supply chains through process, analytics and technology. Seeing a serious need for supply chain minded data scientists, Kristi joined SCM to build the SCM Minds practice. Kristi’s core skills are in process improvement, non-salary cost reduction and advanced analytics. Kristi is ISM CPM certified and a long standing member of ARHMM and ACHE.

Brandon is a Data Scientist at SCM Connections supporting both thinkSCM and SCM Minds. Brandon’s love for data grew while studying economics in college and continues to grow his analytical toolset nerding out over R and Python. He began his career in supply chain as a supply chain analyst for Ascension Health in the Chicago suburbs. While working in supply chain, Brandon has focused his time developing new analytical tools, streamlining processes, and becoming CAP certified (Change Acceleration Process). When he’s not working towards becoming the “King of the Nerds”, Brandon likes to travel and likely has at least two weekend trips planned at a time.
